Return & Exchange Policy

At Golf A Holic, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a clear and customer-friendly return & exchange policy. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we've got you covered if you change your mind or encounter any issues with our products.
Our return & exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and reassurance. We believe in the quality of our golf apparel clothing, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply email us at golfaholicny@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, and we'll provide you with a return label. Your happiness is our priority!

Return Email Instructions

  • Email us at golfaholicny@gmail.com including the order # and item to return.

  • Mail returns incur a $8.00 shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your original payment.

  • We will send you a shipping label within 24 hours (time may vary).

  • Attach the USPS label in a secure packaging and send.

  • Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued (by the same method you used to pay) and you will receive a confirmation email. 

  • If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. 

Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days to send it back to us (since the merchandise received date)

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means...

  • Clean (no make-up stains, deodorant, or perfume)

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Must have original hang tags attached
